Great app for helping me train for the Cambridge half marathon. I am not an experienced runner but just added in all the details of what I have done so far, when I can run and when I can't, and Coopah has set out a really simple easy to follow plan. My stamina has massively improved in quite a short time. Would definitely recommend this for training. Only downside I can think of is that it doesn't record treadmill running but you can manually add the details in, so not too problematic.

This app is great. I am currently working through a half-marathon training programme. It has good variation in training sessions a useful feature to reschedule sessions if needed and videos to follow for strength sessions. There is also access to a real coach at the type of a message if needed. Excellent.

I'm a new user but in testing out this app I really liked it. Having a plan that is customized for your goals and ability alongside the number of times a week you plan to run is a huge help. I generally run three days a week and oftentimes it's hard to find plans that will cater to this, Coopah allows you to customize stuff to your preference and lifestyle which is really nice. I haven't used the chatting with a coach feature or everything it has to offer yet though.
