Devices are trash - first one lost its connection to my gas meter after a month, replacement never found it (distance, 3 feet). But the app is whatever trash calls trash. No way to connect (or "reconnect") a meter except taking a picture sending to them and waiting for someone to get around to process it another day. No way to respond to support messages that come as notifications in app. Etc.

Have to reinstall every time I open the app. It's severely broken and buggy.

App is utter trash now, got a new meter but won't let me scan it, keeps crashing making app useless.
