Welcome to the Core Advantage Interval Timer.
Choose from our list of pre-built workouts or build & save your own with custom. You can even listen to music while you train.

Workouts include:

- Stretching. Custom built for the Core Advantage Crouching three stretching protocol
- Tempo Timer. Use to accurately control your strength training tempo

***Version 2.0.1***
Squashed a few little bugs that had snuck into the apps functionality with the last big update.

- Thanks to Glenn for this one: Remember me functionality. Hate re-typing your email? Tick the remember me box and suffer no longer as your details will be saved.

- A few athletes pointed this one out too: Music & podcasts will now play again while you are training hard, sorry you had to sweat in silence these past few weeks.

- Somehow our gym open times had -1 instead of 0 for empty time slots. Not even sure how you do that, but it's fixed now so we will stop the philosophical pondering on negative attendance.

- Adjusted interface for Core Advantage members booking class times - buttons now look more button-y and the words are good-er.

- Bug work in progress: There may still be some delay between setting up an ongoing bulk enrollment and it becoming visible in your schedule, we did a little work to speed this up, but stay patient with it, as they might not all appear straight away.

***Version 2.0.0***
Core Advantage members can now book and change their training schedule.

Simply log in using your account email address and date of birth (DDMMYY format) to view and book times in the gym.
*Parents and guardians can also log in using their email address with the date of birth of any of their children/dependents

***Version 2.1.0***
- Introducing a training metronome! This is a key tool that we often use in the gym for improving running and cycling cadence or building rhythm and coordination on movements. Set up a duration for the timer then pick a cadence, you can even adjust the tempo from within the timer.
- A little styling change here and there, with some streamlined button sizes and font adjustments
- Added titles to the top of each page and shortened up the menu item names for slick-ness
