Our barre |50 min| workout is a purposefully sequenced format to work your muscles to fatigue. We combine sculpting moves with cardio intervals to elevate your heart rate, build strength and rev up your metabolism.

In our bounce |40 min| class you'll rock out with nonstop cardio moves on our world-class bungee rebounders [trampolines] while combining arms & abs for a total burn.
