The experience is phenomenal. I have been a member for a little over a year and would choose it every time. However, I started traveling for work this year, and while you can go to any sweathouz you can only book through the app at your original or "home" location, otherwise it makes you pay for the session. This has become increasingly frustrating because I moved, and have to call and schedule every single time I want to go to my new closest location. The place is amazing, the app is terrible.

Bad UX. Bad integration. This app lets you book appointments only at the location where you paid the membership fees. If you wish to go to any other location, you have to call and make the appointment every time. otherwise, you have to pay extra if you schedule it via the app. It took them forever to put in a pop-up that warns the user of the late fee during cancelation. The past sessions show up under the upcoming session tab.

So glad they have this place! It's clean, private, therapeutic, and the customer service was really nice and welcoming. I like that they have lots of session options to buy, from unlimited memberships to 10-session packages. Plus, it's in a great spot for shopping and sightseeing at Farmington Station Park afterward.
