The buggiest earbud software I've ever used. Sometimes things will connect, sometimes they won't. Usually they will connect after manually disconnecting. Sometimes I can switch between ANC and ambient, sometimes it won't. The widget is clunky, ugly, and only works about half the time. Quite disappointing because I love the earbuds. I hope they can improve the software. Less is more, guys. Check out the Nothing buds app and widget to get some pointers.

We apologize for the inconvenience. What is your headphone model? Is it unable to connect to your phone or the Earfun app? If it's the latter, please check if a dual-device connection is in progress. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service at service@myearfun.com, and we will assist you in resolving it.

I dont think this is the apps problem but I every time i open my case and take my earbuds out, it triggers a popup on all the phones connected to bluetooth nearby asking if they want to connect MY earbuds to their phone and google account. This is really annoying, embarrassing, and comprises the "security" of MY earbuds. Its fine if they where discoverable on the bluetooth menu but its so stupid that it makes a POPUP on alll the phones with bluetooth, going out of its way to connecttoanyphone.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We recommend that you reset the earbuds, clear the Bluetooth pairing records, and then reopen the case; once the pop-up window appears, tap to bind the earbuds to your account. This should resolve the issue you reported.

The Pro 4 headphones are great but the app leaves much to be desired. The equalizer is totally unaccessible. When you open the app, "EQ settings" are nowhere to be found. I remember setting them once, but if I want to boost the bass on a particular song, I can't do it. Seriously considering going back to Soundcore now.

We apologize for the inconvenience. The EQ settings can be found after connecting the headphones to the app. Go to the device details page and select EarFun sound effects. If the problem persists, please try reinstalling the app.
