Ratings and reviews

I signed up NFL and the EFL Championship since they were listed leagues under sports. No more NFL and only showing 1 or 2 Championship games (the one(s) with Korean player(s?)). They wouldn't give me a refund because I watched less than 2 minutes before I called them about the issues (though they did give me a voucher). Don't list the leagues like you're actually have them. Put the Championship team that you can watch and remove the NFL from the main page so people know. horrendous service

it's very very bad apps I paid wow membership and pass to by the Google play scratch card then I can't watch football match I waste 10000 won everything is playing without jtbc Chanel...

Im a foreigner and i just want to share my honest opinion. I feel like all coupang users are forced to pay extra for the wow membership because of coupang play and its not even good. Im not talking about the movies or series available, but the app itself. Its not foreigner friendly. I suggest you put english subtitles and the setting should also be available on english language too.
