Fine when it works. However it often takes 25 tries to get my show to stream. For some reason other channels start up fine. Almost like it's programmed to make a certain cable news channel unreachable. If you can put up with the frustration getting it started it does usually work fine after that. It is annoying I can't do anything else on my phone while using this app or it stops streaming. Other apps like YouTube multi task just fine. Still disappointed I can't watch a recording from the DVR.

Terrible. Cheap. Pointless. The programs don't load, nothing works on this app. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app, was connected to strong wi-fi, and did not have a VPN turned on - nothing worked. Customer service is useless and said they couldn't fix it, but told us to call back so a specialist could fix it. Isn't that the point of reaching out to customer service? To have them fix it? I guess First Call Resolution doesn't matter here and 'COX' has certainly lived up to their name...

Casting from the Contour app to Chromecast stopped working. The app is 'Ready to Cast,' then TV flickers but never starts playback. I've tested two different Chromecast devices on two different TVs, reinstalled the app, used two different devices that have the Contour app to try and get casting to work, cleared storage, and confirmed that YouTube casts normally. Both TV and the device sending to Chromecast is on the same Wi-Fi. I've used this setup many times but recently it stopped working.
