Trying to get on the app to unpause my laptop but its says to restart with my cell data but that don't work. Then it says to to try with wifi turned on. wth...Cox needs to get their stuff together and come down on the wifi price with all the complications that come with them. It's no wonder why so many people are switching to AT&T and Verizon.

It doesn't work, at least for me, after you upgrade to a new router. The router and home network are fine. I can see the network through the COX general app and on the COX website. But, the COX panoramic wifi app just gives an error message that the "gateway needs to be reactivated." I've restarted everything, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, worked with tech support - nothing. It's been over a week, so it's not a timing issue for the network to catch up. Bottom line - app is unusable.

I am going to be honest, this was provided to me by the military as barracks wifi. For a while it worked fine, I had wifi in my room and could connect my devices on the free network as well. Had no issues, until out of nowhere it just stopped working. I cannot connect any of my devices to the internet I am paying 50+ dollars monthly for. This app was supposed to help, but it will not let me get past the login screen. Absolute scam. If you value your money and your sanity, find a better provider.
