App no longer user friendly. Every time I attempt to use the app it logs me out. not very convenient. It also doesn't show the actual status of my different profiles. I have kids devices assigned and set down time for them. The app doesn't show when the downtime is active and when it's not. I have to manually pause their profiles before it will update to show they are in bedtime or downtime status. The app needs a serious update to fix these issues.

my biggest gripe is the app, when you can log in for the most part it is good, simple, and does what you need. but that's when you can log on. i have experienced login issues in a weekly basis of not daily. "we are experiencing technical difficulties. please try again later" i see this more often than i should. if not for that constant inconvenience I would say the app is perfect.

mobile app does not allow me access. for MONTHS I have tried to log in and received the following message "We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later." When I call customer service to troubleshoot they don't know what to do other than suggest I reinstall the app which doesn't help. this is extremely frustrating and inconvenient and beyond unacceptable.
