Tired of your screen flipping at the worst possible moment? Tilt gives you real control over screen rotation. Instead of Android's twitchy auto-rotate, Tilt rotates only when you actually mean it — hold your phone steady in a new orientation for a moment and the screen turns. A quick tilt, a glance, or lying down never flips it.

⚙️ HOW TILT WORKS
Standard auto-rotate reacts to every little movement, so the screen spins when you roll over in bed, hand your phone to someone, or lean back on the couch. Tilt adds a short "hold steady" delay — you choose how long — before it commits to a rotation. Move back before the timer finishes and nothing happens. Rotation finally feels intentional instead of accidental.

An optional on-screen dial shows exactly when a rotation is about to trigger, so it's never a surprise. Tap it for quick actions, or hide it completely.

What’s new

New: a guided intro to practise in before granting anything. A second HUD face: a 3D phone as well as the dial. Per-app rules gain fast-flip and permanent disable, with undo.

The ring now says in one colour whether holding still will rotate, reading both tilt axes.

Clearer settings: the three tilt bands, also on the Try it screen.

Fixed: the countdown ran sideways in landscape; the HUD sat off-centre; on Android 16 the settings ran under the header.
