extortionate charges. went over my data limit and they sent a text saying will be charged. little did I realise these charges were absolutely outrageous. the add ons are cheaper but instead of them saying get an add on and save. they just let you get ripped off. if it's not resolved. I will be leaving and will never recommend them ever. ive never had a bill like this before in 30 years of having a mobile phone. why not have reasonable charges instead of a cap. ridiculous response!

Update 12th March 2026 -500 errors again. S23 Ultra Android 16. Phone is not at fault Update 1st February 2026 - 500 errors, can't log in... Update 10th December 2025 - 500 errors all the time. Useless. Update 8th August 2024 - now the stupid thing is pushing me back through a browser login. Really not good enough. Dreadful. Tells me my bill is ready then the app is unavailable for days on end to view the bill because someone's arseing around doing an upgrade that's taking forever. Very amateur.

they do not deliver on what they offer. Wish I had never swapped to them. I paid for roaming data whilst in the USA on holiday. however I could not use the data as it said I already had done and I could not make any calls or texts at all, not impressed.
