Edit: The app itself is good, does what it says on the tin and is very similar to the website but arguably more intuitive. However, iD mobile charge you for 07893 numbers (which seem like normal mobile numbers b are missed call call-back scam numbers) without clear warning of this - having to go through 2 separate links to get to the list of numbers. Having been discussed with the live team, it has been rectified, but this should be clearer in the first place as the company charges for these.

Changed to iD after over 20yrs with Voda! Went for the 1 month rolling contract, as wasn't sure how good the service would be, but it has been great! The 1 month rolling contract gives me 200Gb data, unlimited texts & calls, & 30Gb free roaming each month-and as I go away about 6-8 times a year, this is great! Also, this is the first, and only, network to give me over 1,000Mb download speed! And the cherry on top? With this tariff, you get unused data rollover!! I have not seen that in yrs!

Signal constantly goes every single day! Emergency calls only message features most on my phone. I raised the issue and their "resolution" was to send me a new SIM as if that would effect the signal. I never received it either! Thankfully turning aeroplane mode on and off temporarily fixes the issue.... but that's only if you're aware you've lost signal because you're physically trying to do something. If you're not using your phone and it goes, people just can't reach you and messages delay.
