Update 10th December 2025 - 500 errors all the time. Useless. Update 8th August 2024 - now the stupid thing is pushing me back through a browser login. Really not good enough. Dreadful. Tells me my bill is ready then the app is unavailable for days on end to view the bill because someone's arseing around doing an upgrade that's taking forever. Very amateur.

Customer service literally doesn't exist. Chat bot is useless. Asked it to connect me to an agent. All within working hours. I waited a few minutes, and then it just said Im unavailable and goodbye. And there is nothing you can do. Very disappointed and frustrating.

A very, very poor customer service, £51 charge for internet browsing! Waiting a week for customer service to explain charge. Extortionate charge, no explanation. A total Cowboy company. Don't be fooled by the low prices! I can't wait to exit once contract is up!
