Ratings and reviews

Terrible customer service. Ultimately you get what you pay for. They are probably the cheapest contracts around, but also awful when it comes to looking after their customers. Best deals are usually through a 3rd party like Carphone Warehouse, and ID mobile refuse to price match on their own app, so you can't transfer your existing number if you want to upgrade.

when it works it's great, but I paid for unlimited data and I get low data warnings. I tried to login in on my account and app,my password is up-to-date.I can't reset my password because it doesn't come though on my email and after 1 signin I got a message saying account stop to many failed attempts after one attempt.

I've been on ID mobile now for about 4 to 5 years and it's brilliant, if you use the app to look at your plan and usage its so simple to use, no messing about ringing customer services or anything, it's all easy to do on the app, anything you need to know is there, and you get the best coverage anywhere in the UK.
