Please give your subscribers an ad free version of this app!!! I DO NOT want ads about upgrades. Why do you think I would be interested in paying five times as much for more data when I don't use my current allowance??? At least show sensible ads! App used to be fine until a couple of months ago, then it stopped working completely, then I had to re-register, and now the new version of the app is cluttered up with ads I don't want! Atrocious.

Hi Rolf, thank you for sharing your feedback. Customers had to re-register, as we overhauled our identity management service to enhance security and allow managing multiple plans with a single login. Various pages within the app may display deals that might interest you, to ensure you are kept up to date with the latest offers. Thanks, Beth

Updated and tried to reregister. Now I have no proper access to my account, online or via the updated app. Not sure what's going on but this seems to be a common thing. Everytime I try the app login, I get the 'oops something has gone wrong' notification. I've now managed to login via the Web, but can't access anything except homepage of my account. I've logged into my account properly online. The app still gives me the error message unfortunately 😕

"Oops...something went wrong". I've just taken out a sim only contract, but unfortunately for me, I'm using the same email address and phone number as on a previous id mobile contract from years ago. This, apparently, is too much for an app in 2024 to handle, and the above error message is displayed. The software can't seem to differentiate between my old, expired, plan and my new one, because I'm using (obviously) the same email address. Live chat can't even grasp the issue, nevermind help.
