Update 1st February 2026 - 500 errors, can't log in... Update 10th December 2025 - 500 errors all the time. Useless. Update 8th August 2024 - now the stupid thing is pushing me back through a browser login. Really not good enough. Dreadful. Tells me my bill is ready then the app is unavailable for days on end to view the bill because someone's arseing around doing an upgrade that's taking forever. Very amateur.

Asked why my bill cap maximum was £25. They then set my bill cap to zero so I could 'manually adjust it' but still not above £25. That's customer service, apparently. I still don't know why it's a maximum of £25, though, because that wasn't answered. I'd like to think I know better than ID Mobile what I can afford, and it's not a case of not being able to afford £25 a sodding month.

Update: contacted app developers who were helpful and enabled me to login to the app. However, I think if I was registering afresh I would face same problem: can't register for app if Sim used purely in tablet that can't receive text messages. I ran into this problem trying to change PIN for app. Can't register in app or website if sim used in tablet for data only. Part of registration involves passcode sent by text which tablet can't receive. Live Chat unable to help. Cant manage my account.
