Having put off updating to the new app because of bad reviews but because old app no longer works I decided to take the plunge. Managed to re-register first time with no problems. I actually like the new look, it's cleaner and has all the info I need just as before. I can easily see how much data I've got left, when my plan ends with option to add to Calender, view and download existing and previous bills, see any add-ons. What's the problem? Great improvement, well done ID 👍.

The new app is terrible. They've 'simplified' it by taking away all the useful things the old version of the app had. I'm now unable to view my contract details like end date, can't see any usage history or breakdown beyond the one panel on the homepage, can't view billing info without downloading pdf version, and have to log in every time you navigate away from the app. Not even banking apps do that! Just a few things there, the whole app is a waste of time. Sort it out.

Replaced a simple and functional app with a chrome wrapper that drops me into a queue (!) for a website. Can't get beyond attempting to reregister (why am I reregistering?) before something goes wrong and I get dumped back into the queue. Update: had to register on a desktop Web browser, took many attempts. The android app now works, apart from failing to start about 90% of the time. Hitting "try again" a few times will get it going. Score updated from 1 to 2.
