Ratings and reviews

Not good. I get an error message everytime that I try to add an item to my order (cart), and it prevents me from adding, therefore I cannot place an order. This has happened to me the last 2 times that I've tried to place an order over the last week. It has forced me to explore and order from a different food chain twice in the last 7 days.

The app fails everytime I attempt to order. Each time I check for an update or uninstall the app. Today it pushed an update. It would not work even after the update. At the point of choosing payment it gives the error "oops something went wrong. please try again in a moment. " Three failed attempts to order today. No one has time for this.

The app is horrible. I stupidly keep trying to use it thinking maybe someone has finally fixed it, but it never gets fixed. I would probably order from Cracker Barrel more often if I could use the app to order and pick up my food, but the app doesn't do that. I'm not really sure what it's for if not for ordering ahead. Reply to developer: Store's not the problem, app is.. It never works. I would like to order food to go, but can't b/c it won't let me submit order, enter pmt, etc.
