For some reason, I cannot get in the app. I updated it. I tried to sign in. I used my biometrics. I know I'm using the correct password, but all it does is put me through all its hoops. Send me a verification number. I put that in, and it sends me right back to the home screen. No explanation as to if sign in was incorrect or not. My device is the Galaxy S22+ 3/24/25 Per your suggestion, I uninstall and reinstalled the app that worked. Thank you

There are constant problems with this app. I am rarely able to order anything via the app without there being an issue where I decide to just go somewhere else. Today I attempted to order breakfast and when I tried to check out, got an error that stated I needed to update the app before I could place the order. I went to the play store and guess what, no indication that an update was needed. I tried THREE times entering and re-entering the info. Finally just went to McDonald's

This app is terrible. Slow. Crashes. Incredibly frustrating. Just use the website and skip this Hot Garbage Even their Google Ai app review knows: The Cracker Barrel app is notorious for being clunky, with many users on Reddit citing issues like forced logins that erase your cart, missing saved payment methods, and a slow checkout process. "Just delete it and reinstall"? No. I'll just order from somewhere else. Thanks for nothing. Fix this Mess of an App
