Aside from there always being a "technical error on our end" whenever there is a decent coupon, none of the other coupons ring up at the register as advertised. Had a coupon for $2.50 off 2 malt-o-meal cereals, and at the register it gave me 50¢ off each. I'm uninstalling because I've never NOT had an issue trying to use the app, and the bait and switch is just not worth my time or frustration.

Apparently there isn't enough space to update this app on my phone. I've gone in and deleted several apps, even apps that I need. I am no longer getting the "there is not enough space" error, but it's only circling and still not updating! I am sitting in front of the Family Dollar store and I won't be able to shop using my coupons!

The Family Dollar app is extremely unreliable. Coupons frequently don’t apply at checkout—even though they’re clipped—and it seems to work for some people but not others. The app crashes a lot, loads slowly, and constantly throws server errors. It’s frustrating to waste time clipping coupons only to find out the discounts won’t work. Until the crashes, server issues, and coupon problems are fixed, this app isn’t worth using.
