Support at the website is the worst, they refuse to acknowledge the app is broken. They only suggest Bluetooth. So I got the latest Samsung Galaxy s9. This app is not even detected when I plug my E5 amp in. So I've been unable to get full functionality of my DAC Amp between 2 pretty large android phone manufacturers, HTC the oldest Android manufacturer and Samsung the largest and most popular. It seems to work on the HTC phone but is very finicky and sometimes requires the phone to be restarted for it to work. Samsung only works in DAC mode, which they don't even speak about in the directions. Don't use this app, get a OTG cable and use a good USB audio app.

Used to work on my old Galaxy S7, now with my S8 Active it says "unable to gain control of Sound Blaster E5". Still works for my wife's iPhone too, and my phone works with all other apps, so must be a software issue for this app or the services app. Judging by other users' comments it's a long running issue that Creative Labs hasn't bothered to fix. I've been buying Sound Blaster products for a long time now, since my 266MHz computer back in the days. This will be my last Sound Blaster product.

Recently stopped working on my phone. It doesn't start and stays stuck in the background... I am using Android 10 on OnePlus 6. Was otherwise working ok until now! Beside some instabilities issues that I was working around most times. NB: I did re-install it and cleaned all stored data prior. [Update] After de-installing SB services and re-install, the app reworked. Still a bit clunky, but it works!
