Ordered pizzas, took over an hour to be delivered, phoned the store and was told the driver would be 2 minutes, waited another 15 mins. Food arrived stone cold and dry. Not impressed. Food overpriced. I'd have much preferred one of the Rs 100 frozen pizzas from supermarket, they're better! Waste of money and rubbish service.

The order was a disappointment and embarrassment in front of my guests. In app I selected PEPSI while what delivered to me was COLA NEXT. Its a kind of SCAM because there is difference in both of the prices. If you think its not a scam, then pls add options for COLA NEXT, SUFI COLA etc in your app. Moreover, if any item is out of stock, then that item must disabled in the selection so that customer may not select any unavailable item to avoid any conflict. I hope u make it clear in future. Tnx

it says my phone number is already registered and wouldn't let me register again. Fair enough, but the forgot email feature doesn't work, which means there is no way for you to login unless you magically remember the email you used ages ago. I had to use another number to login. Please either send OTP on number or fix your Forgot Email feature.
