I've just bought a course and it didn't appear after payment. After 4 emails they re-sent me an activation link (which was lost under Gmail promo folder) and it worked fine. To improve: support channels. WhatsApp link goes to inexistent number and FB messenger doesn't reply. Email works well. There's also zendesk, but I didn't try. Maybe the number of options is misleading customers. Just 1, more responsive, would be perfect. I also suggest adding the chromecast feature to to see courses on TV.

In the description says the audio is in PTBR, but there is no indication nor subtitles options. Very disappointed... my app is a mixture of Spanish and Portuguese, it is just a mess language wise.
