At first glance, this seemed like an easy gig app, but the onboarding process is a phone interview, I discovered new users can't use the "Take Offer" button until they've completed 50 orders manually, a requirement never disclosed upfront. Instead, you must screenshot offers, text them to support, and hope they assign them before someone else claims them. After losing multiple offers this way, I gave up. The pay is also laughable, $12 for a 20mi drive. Poorly designed and misleading.

Arizona here. staff are highly unprofessional. the onboarding process is a joke. the people on the phone sound like they just woke up, you can hear noises in the background as if they work from home, you can't understand them because they mumble, and it doesn't sound like they talk into the phone. You have to keep asking them to repeat themselves. if you missed the call you will have to reschedule even though they say call back in the voicemail.. waste of time for little pay..
