this app is extremely terrible very slow and can not adding more then one crop properly sowing date fertilization details etc

I'm extremely disappointed with the Crop Identifier app. The Crop Doctor tool, which is supposed to be a key feature of the app, is not working at all. Every time I try to use it, I get an error message saying "Error occurred" with no further explanation or solution. I've tried restarting the app, checking my internet connection, and even reinstalling the app, but nothing seems to work. It's like the developers have abandoned this feature altogether.

The app is extremely slow. Whenever I search for any product, it keeps loading and takes a long time to open. Many times, it also gives an error.
