I've spent 2 hours trying to get the files to import... All of my permissions are turned on the locking is in place everything is as it's supposed to be yet it still says that it cannot connect to the glasses Wi-Fi. I would really like it if somebody could help me so that I don't have to return it... I would Love to upgrade the review to five Stars... I have a Samsung s24 ultra

First use failure. After downloading 30 files, all video files never appeared in the app and are not present on my phone. All time spent on recording, downloading and then looking for files was just a waste. Returning the glasses and deleting the app.

Why is the app refusing to import videos and pictures. I have to reset the glasses each time, re-download the app, losing all my precious captured moments? This is deeply frustrating, please fix!
