Ratings and reviews

Broken after the latest update. It used to work fine but after updating the video player is an unusable glitchy mess. Where to even begin? Audio, video, and subtitles are all out of sync from eachother. There's constant stuttering and freezing. There's a 5-6 second delay between when you hit a button and when it responds to being hit, which seems to literally be a delay and not the result of freezing. Browsing for the anime still works fine, it's just the video player that's completely busted.

The ads often repeat itself in endless loops. If it's, for example, 3/5 ads, sometimes, it will replay the same 3rd ad and be stuck there... It does not move onto the 4th ad. I have to exit, then wind it back to where I was, which gives me more ads... I've only noticed this problem on TV, but it's still annoying. I know this has been a problem for a long time now... developers of Crunchyroll, please fix it.

Crunchyroll itself, is great. The app, not so much. It often fails to load the next episode correctly and requires the app to be closed and restarted. Sometimes the WiFi will drop for a second, and the app doesn't handle that well, either. It often requires a restart or two to bounce back from that. I'll rate it higher if they fix some of these issues.
