Ratings and reviews

5 Star for the variety and amount of media, specifically dubbed (my preference.) Better filters and minimized window capability on mobile would be nice though. For example, Netflix and YouTube premium players are a bit more flexible, being able to minimize the app or create bubble window player when navigating away from the app. Crunchyroll is great though and continues to grow in quality. Keep it up

They raised the price and added Ads and popups to paid users. Also they don't let you select stream quality (1080p 720p ect) they just have things like "highest quality" which sometimes drops into the lowest quality instead of buffering. Some could argue that's better, but in my opinion, it doesn't really work for anime it just makes it look horrible.

Not sure what is happening with this app, not sure if there's something wrong with the server. It's constantly buffering again. This happened for the first time 6 yrs ago. If you guys are going to raise the prices, at least make the app usable. I don't want to have to look for other options, but this constant buffering will lead me towards canceling my subscription because this is ridiculous, I even can't enjoy watching my shows.
