ATTENTION: Only for use in CSC ServiceWorks Go Laundry locations. CSCPay Mobile laundry locations require the CSCPay Mobile app, available separately in the Play Store.

Laundry is easier with the CSC ServiceWorks Go Laundry app. The app enables you to pay for a wash or dry using a credit card or Google Pay™. It makes it easy to check machine availability before you head to the laundry room, and notifies you when your clothes are ready.

Ratings and reviews

The app is easy enough to use, mostly. Sometimes it doesn't quite connect even with a strong mobile signal. My biggest gripe is that technicians won't come repair machines when they're reported not to work. We have had one washer (out of only 2) for an apartment building of 20 units not be connected to the app for going on two years. Several of us have contacted both CSC Go and building maintenance to no avail. They won't fix it.

Useless, better setting timers with the washer/dryer number as the title of the timers. If you close out of the app, then it forgets ALL of your in-progress washing/drying (deletes the in app tracking for each machine) Also, if you dont tap the "x" on each machine when the done screen is showing for that machines then it gets stuck in your list of currently used machines. You have to wait untill the cycle is done from another person to be able to remove it from your list! Ridiculous!

Literally cannot undo or cancel payment. It freezes up on the "5 minutes to make a selection" if you make a selection that costs more (only one of the four cast an additional $0.50). It's been almost half an hour and I still have that on my screen and now two of the four machines are "occupied" when they are not. What a waste of time and resources to make a dysfunctional app.
