can't login. I only have access to a landline for two factor authentication and when I press for it to call, I can't open the keyboard for the pass code section and I have no means to change or disable the authentication

Such a bad app. I can't log in, I can't check my account, it says to answer questions to log in but doesn't show the question. Then I finally get the question to pop up and it's not the original questions I put answers to. Still can't check me account. If the bank service is like the app I'll be taking my account somewhere else

this app is JACKED UP!! I try to open & it just keeps updating, over & over, so I un-installed, & reinstalled 2 times & keeps doing the same thing, so I just un-installed! fix it!!
