I love this app except one big problem. Once you set a location, you can't change it. In most apps, you tap on your saved location and get the option to select another. This app doesn't do that. I even went into profile settings and deleted the old location, but it's still displayed as default. I also tapped on location at the bottom, selected my new location and tried to set a visit reminder, but it changed to the old location. Please fix!

Just wanted to say I was a long time pt at csl, I haven't been able to use the app for years, wrong email, app is down and a few other reasons not allowing me access. The central location is where you will find really great staff members that always welcome you warmly , know what they are doing with the whole process, so they get 5 stars. 4th Street isn't the same, running a raquet I can't reach corporate to speak to them about that location, taking another option, again, go to Central.

Unholy Memory
The app is pretty much worthless. It keeps having an ERROR when I try to redeem my iGive rewards points. So, I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled the app to see if it would fix itself. Then I tried to log in, and it just sits there loading for over a minute, then it tells me, "ERROR, something went wrong, please try again later." How am I supposed to redeem my points and access my profile when you can't maintain your app. Honestly, it kills my motivation to even go donate.
