i think the platform is clean and what i like is that there's no adds. its easy to navigate. Its been a year using this app and it's getting into my nerves now.y every soo often I have to reset my password cuz it kicks me out of the app. 2 years using and still kick me out every so often and asking to change passwords. Once in awhile won't let me see some pages and the quick pools are not synchronize

I feel that positive ideas and feedback are given. If there is a member who seems only intent on riling people up, he is removed. For the most part, it is communicating ideas and clarifications between the members (from all over the state), and interaction with the moderator. She does a good job of positive feedback and asking questions. I would recommend this if you are sincerely wanting to better our electricity usage, not just wanting to complain all of the time.

The only problem I have is that two of my rewards I was not able to use because of an unaccessible account. I have attempted to get help in getting these rewards replaced however, I'm told that nothing can be done. I was unaware that my main shopping account was going to be penalized because of an oversight on my part however I think that I should be able to take the funds from the gift cards and add them to my new account so that I can use the funds.
