Edit: Support finally came through and 3 of my 4 withdrawals have been processed. When the 4th (to the non-preferred wallet) is processed, I will update to 4 stars. The results of the mining are great, but withdrawals are impossible and after tracking using the links suggested, and contacting support multiple times, I am getting no response. Wish I could give this zero stars.

In theory it's great but in practice not so much. Besides the fact that every time you open any of the apps it will redirect to one of the many ways it will ask for more money, besides the fact that none of the dashboards work correctly and it's impossible to navigate anything simply. Besides relentlessly reminding us that the way to make real money is by recruiting your friends(ala pyramid scheme) I could live with all that, for a while. But only making 0.30 on the dollar? Nope! Bad investment

I used to love this app! Anyone who is interested in investing in bitcoin, I would point them in the direction of this app! Unfortunately, that took a nosedive this year since it stopped letting me cash out. I reached out to support multiple times, and they keep giving me excuses as to why I can't collect my bitcoin. I'm done with this app until the issue is resolved.
