OpDisplay turns any Android device into a live operational display board — track items through status workflows on TVs, tablets, and phones with real-time updates.

WHAT IS OPDISPLAY?

OpDisplay is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for teams that need to track items through customizable workflows. Whether you're managing orders in a kitchen, patients in a clinic, work orders in a shop, or tickets in a support center, OpDisplay gives your team a shared, always-up-to-date view of what's happening.

DESIGNED FOR SHARED DISPLAYS

Register any Android device as a shared display — mount a tablet on a wall, connect a TV, or hand a phone to a team member. Devices authenticate with secure tokens (no user login required) and automatically stay in sync.

KEY FEATURES

• Custom Fields — Define up to 20 fields per organization: text, time, dropdown, checklist, and status fields. Build the board that fits your workflow.

• Real-Time Updates — All displays refresh automatically every 5 seconds. Changes made on one device appear everywhere within moments.

• Offline Support — Keep working when connectivity drops. Changes queue locally with encrypted storage and sync automatically when you're back online. Queued changes expire after 24 hours.

• Time Alerts — Set warning and alert thresholds on time fields. Visual indicators change color as deadlines approach — amber for warnings, red for alerts.

• Home Screen Widget — (Coming soon) Glance widget will show a status summary right on your home screen — see item counts and status breakdown without opening the app.

• Enterprise Security — Device attestation via Google Play Integrity, AES-256-GCM encrypted token storage backed by Android Keystore, SQLCipher encrypted local database, automatic token rotation.

• Multi-Device — One organization, unlimited displays. Each device can be independently configured, revoked, or deleted from the web admin panel.

GETTING STARTED

1. Create an organization at https://opdisplay.com
2. Install OpDisplay on your Android device
3. Generate a registration code from Admin > Devices
4. Enter the code on the device — you're live

REQUIREMENTS

• An active OpDisplay subscription (free trial available)
• Internet connection for initial setup and data sync
• Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later
