Ratings and reviews

I ordered a service history report online, but the one I received is not the same as the sample report shown. The report you provided only contains the titles of the services, whereas the sample displayed a completely different and detailed format. I purchased it based on that sample. This is really cheating.

I would like to inform you that I paid a traffic challan through the CarInfo App on 5 Dec 2025 The challan was marked as court pending at the time of payment. The payment amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, and I have the transaction receipt and reference ID as proof. However, even after more than one month from the date of payment, the challan has still not been settled or updated in the court/traffic system. I have repeatedly contacted CarInfo customer support.

Please improve some things like Not showing colour of vehicle make it show and Not Showing Insurance Policy Number and Insurer make it show and Not able to read both pending and paid challan receipt and show ownership details also please make it readable. Thank You Yours sincerely. Punam Chhetri
