Look, I've been using this app since the pandemic and it's always working. But, after the recent updates, they threw everything that works out the garbage chute. You can use my information all you want, but I want to be payed for my works. AND FIX THE GODDAMN PHONE VERIFICATION ALREADY, FOR PETE'S SAKE! HOW CAN ANYONE USE THIS SERVICE! FIX IT AND YOU GAIN A CONSUMER BACK. Edit: They've finally fixed it, thankfully.

I am not able to redeem my points and writing to them seem to be getting the same reply time and time again and it is getting very frustrating. I can't get the OTP for verification and SurveyOn can't seems to fix this issue. From 15 Aug 2024 and to date still no solution. I have been trying since 31 Aug and not even one time successful. Is it not a bit ridiculous? 😕 There should be an alternative for points redemption if OTP does not work for some. Why SurveyOn cannot fixed this issue?
