When it finish to convert .the file is empty it is showing 0bytes.l dont know what's the problem....but last time it worked perfectly....can help please

It works just fine..only 4 stars bec...Ones shared online...it changes d files name into your system ORCA#####..hope you fix dis..tnx anyways
