This app is terrible. It keeps crashing even after following the steps to clean it up so that it stops. I can't even download my media from my child's competition. Please fix your bugs and get an app more compatible with all phones.

I love the purpose of the app but it is not compatible with Advanced Android phones. downloading photos it won't complete sometimes requiring you to close out and restart of app. Video feed cuts out or won't run 20% of time. app needs updates. i have an advanced phone. It isn't my phone.

Every time I open the app, it takes less than 30 seconds to close out. Looks like many others with this issue. Very unfortunate as a dance parent 😕
