crashes within seconds every time. I can't view schedules or scroll the pictures because it crashes. very disappointing

It crashes within seconds. I haven't been able to access and download my child's photos or videos.

The app continues to crash on my newer Android phone. I'm not sure why we are paying a media fee for this not to work correctly! Please get this updated asap!
