This app is terrible. It keeps crashing even after following the steps to clean it up so that it stops. I can't even download my media from my child's competition. Please fix your bugs and get an app more compatible with all phones.

The app continues to crash on my newer Android phone. I'm not sure why we are paying a media fee for this not to work correctly! Please get this updated asap!
