After update, I was having the same login problems as reported by others: app opens mitid, you log on, and after approval another logon page opens. If you log on here, it says "Session afbrudt. Du har brugt dit Mit-ID to steder samtidig." I uninstalled and reinstalled, it did not help. Only after login at netbank through the browser, it finally worked again. There seems to be an extra redirect that screws op first time log in. Maybe a timing probkem? I am using chrome.

Tried opening an account using pc and their app. Both occasions the app wouldn't take proof of residence and kept giving an error that proof needs to be less than 6 months old. It was less than 6 months old and it wont move ahead. Called up their helpline they had no clue how to solve this and they said need to call branch for sorting this out but cant do that as they work till 3 pm call them back on Monday. On top of that they would need a month to open an account. FFS not becoming a customer
