Ratings and reviews

The app needs a lot of improvement. I will list down a few. The customer does not know if a restaurant is open or closed, and the app will take the order regardless. The order can not be cancelled No customer support/complaint section. The order is in process thing is a lot down on the main page we have to scroll a bit to know it's existence.

I loved picking up my food from my favorite restaurant through Dastak! The prices on the app were exactly the same as the restaurant menu, which was a nice surprise. Some other apps, like FOOD PANDA and Cheetay, can charge more on their apps than the restaurant actually charges. I really like that Dastak keeps things honest, and I'm having a great time using their service!

Great service, app need some improvement. But marking notification are so annoying and they play a custom tone which is very loud and annoying. Please remove that tone for marking notification. It's fine for order notification but not other notifications. Also online payment method does not work and way do we have to pay extra for online payments it should be free like other services. Also we can use wallet credit while using cash on delivery. Other then these issue app is great 👍
