They are there when you need them. You can pay your bill and if there is a storm all you have to do is look at the app to see if there are outages and where they are. So much better than going outside in the rain to try to find service so you could report an outage.

Only thing that I wish this app had, was a way to see my projected bill for current month. My old electric company had that and it was nice so that I had an early warning so to speak.
