Ratings and reviews

The previous app had issues but at least you were able to log in, they changed the app without letting anyone know. The new app does not let you log in, it forces you to change the credentials like if your account were hacked, and forces you to take a photo. Horrible experience and useless and suspicious requirements. I recommend using the web.

Honestly, I liked the old one better. This does not seem like an App but another web browser, loading elements takes forever even when using high speed Networks. You made it look pretty, yes, but that is not the purpose of a banking App, the network data of the app should be only to load the data from data bases not load elements or animations, which seems like what you are doing now. Even Nequi works better, and we all know of their reputation.

Update: its been two years and no change.Stoll the worst bank app I ever used. Slow and heavy on resources. I am using the latest pixel pro from Google, and a hi-speed internet link, so is not a hardware issue. Is and app-backend issue or a compatibilty issue. No matter what, is a low-quality app.
