V360 pro is a special monitoring software for network cameras that can be broadcast and used. It can watch clear and smooth real-time pictures at any time after connecting smart cameras through mobile phones. It supports functions such as two-way voice, remote PTZ control, video playback, motion detection and alarm push. It is suitable for families, shops and companies, caring for the elderly, children and pets, supervising nannies and employees, and intelligent anti-theft.

The app works fairly well, but I paid for the subscription service for two separate cameras and it is only functional on one. One camera records as it should and saves files to the Cloud storage I purchased. The other camera does not show an option for Cloud storage, but rather just tells me that there is "No TF card" and will not record anything or save anything.

To many ads for a service you have to pay for. I have 2 cameras set up. Now one camera won't connect. I deleted the camera and now it won't add it back with qr code or any other way. Ide like to reset my password, but I don't remember the old password. It would be nice to be able to reset the password through email verification. ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, TO BAD ANOTHER APP WONT WORK WITH THE CAMERAS.

Setup was easy and thats about it. Then comes a lot of problems: not all mobile carriers works in Poland (t-mobile wont connect), some sd-cards wont work (tried fews branded and unbranded 16/32/64 GB). Then is a super sensitive sensor (even in low alarm setting alarms are trigerred with still ceiling image). I had to reset camera couple of times. 4g service is very low (even in city). No FTP upload, so anyone can just take camera out and you will have no footage.
