At first it's worked really well and I matched with a couple people, but then the next day it would take a couple minutes to open the app and wouldn't be super responsive. It also removed all my previous chats, and I couldn't see the new people who requested to be friends- even tho I got the notifications. Honestly really disappointed. Another thing I think they could improve is creating a locality feature because I primarily wanted friends to hang out with around me.

I love this app, I've gotten friends off of it. But the new update is messing my stuff up. It won't let me upload pictures bc of face recognition, and it often zooms in on one face in group pictures. And there has been a lot of glitches recently. And now the bio is gone?! That helps me know who the person I'm requesting is, instead of just seeing what they look like. Plus, if the preferences were a little closer, that would be a good improvement too.

At first everything was great, but with each update, it got worse. Taking away the bio made it hard for me to decide who I wanted to add. You can't tell someone's personality based off their appearance. Then you limit to only three photos, which I guess is whatever, but definitely not an upgrade. Then there's "super request" but I haven't been able to use it, because hoop is telling me there are no new friends for me to add, which I doubt. It's not showing me anyone's profile. Please fix this.
