Sometimes I feel like the app is running very slowly. I have been clicking the home button for like 3 minutes straight but still it didn't go into that section. Also when I was trying to give pic of the front side of my nid, the right arrow is too high for which it's difficult to press that. Overall,the app is good no doubt but I think the authority should take measures of such small mistakes.

Rocket is just a great app — super simple and easy to use. Sending money, paying bills, recharging my phone, checking balance, it all just works. Fast transactions, instant notifications, no crashes or weird glitches. The app is lightweight, doesn't kill my battery, and works fine even on slow internet. Plus agents are everywhere, so cash-in/out is never a hassle. Honestly, it makes life easier without overcomplicating things. Big thumbs up!

If there is a Dutch-Bangla Bank ATM booth near your home or office, then Rocket is the best option for you. If you withdraw money using an ATM, you can withdraw money at the lowest rate in the market (Tk 9 per thousand). Also, if you are a student (on scholarship) or a DBBL bank customer, Rocket is a must have on your phone. But in terms of smoothness and user experience of the app, it may lag behind Bikash or Cash.
