Ratings and reviews

Requesting to add "Update MNP" option in Rocket app as well as USSD menu. As a MNP user I had to revert to the original operator just for not having the option in Rocket. Hopefully Rocket will take the matter with high importance.

BPDB prepaid meter's old series like 101100***** are not listed for validation please solve this issue. Also, the rocket app has UI issue (not in safe area)on my device. My device is Samsung M21. Thanks in advance

I gave Rocket only 3 stars because there’s no Loan or Savings option. Like me, most ordinary customers rarely visit banks physically. We save money either through other means on upay or bKash. Currently, 5 million customers are saving through bKash. If Rocket had a savings option, I could have used it. And if there was a loan facility like bKash, it would have been very helpful for many of us."
