All mobile banking apps have the facility to Change the Profile Picture, please enable the facility to change the PROFILE PICTURE in your "NEXUS PAY APP" as soon as possible. Because many people do not know that this PICTURE will be fixed initially and it is actually very bad to see such a PICTURE in the APP, so the Option to CHANGE the PROFILE PICTURE should be enabled immediately.

My suggestions for improvement: 1. It'd be really helpful if we could get last financial year's account statement via the app instead of just 6 months. 2. For the new multi currency Visa Debit card, please introduce an option in the app to control (ON/OFF) the international payment from the user end. 3. The harsh sound while giving PIN in the app after the recent update is too disturbing. Please fix it.

I’ve been using this app for a while, and honestly, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The biggest issue is the OTP generation — it is very slow, and most of the time, the OTP doesn’t arrive for abroad user.Based on my experience, I do NOT recommend using this app if you are outside the country. The verification system is too unreliable, and the app performance is far below acceptable standards

What’s new

1. Allows customers to reset their NexusPay PIN by themselves if they forget it.
2. Provides an option to input narration/purpose for fund transfer transactions within DBBL.
