very very bad experience 😕.I tried to call their call center for 10 minutes but their agent did not answer the call, on the other hand My phone balance is out. It would have been better if they had a live chat option like other bKash and agent services instead of calling them to get service.

The app design is quite good, but aesthetics can’t hide the lack of basic features. In 2026, it’s frustrating that I can't verify with biometric for app access. Manually typing a PIN is slow and insecure. Please add an option to change the profile picture within the app. Many users find the initial fixed photo unsuitable and would like the flexibility to update it. Most banking apps already provide this feature. A banking app needs to be secure and customizable, not just pretty. Thank you.

All mobile banking apps have the facility to Change the Profile Picture, please enable the facility to change the PROFILE PICTURE in your "NEXUS PAY APP" as soon as possible. Because many people do not know that this PICTURE will be fixed initially and it is actually very bad to see such a PICTURE in the APP, so the Option to CHANGE the PROFILE PICTURE should be enabled immediately.

What’s new

1. Allows customers to reset their NexusPay PIN by themselves if they forget it.
2. Provides an option to input narration/purpose for fund transfer transactions within DBBL.
