Ratings and reviews

I am disappointed by limitation that prevents funds transfer unless an ATM, debit, or credit card is linked to the account. Not everyone has access to these cards. It would be greatly appreciated if the bank could allow funds transfers using alternative methods such as SMS OTP verification, without forcing customers to have a physical card. Digital banking should be inclusive and flexible. Please consider adding this feature for greater accessibility and convenience.

Very disappointing user experience. Why is there no option to delete or edit saved accounts? Users may want to remove specific ones. What if I saved the wrong account by mistake, or don't want an account in my list anymore? It just stays there forever, cluttering the list. If you allow adding accounts there should also be an option to delete them. A banking app should not miss such a simple yet essential feature. Frustrating experience!

Love the new UI as it provides a fresh look after a long time. But the problem I found is that there is no option to customize my profile. Now I just have to stuck with the profile photo I took while setting up my KYC even if it's a potato quality photo. Hope the problem will get solved in the next update.
