Ratings and reviews

I am disappointed by limitation that prevents funds transfer unless an ATM, debit, or credit card is linked to the account. Not everyone has access to these cards. It would be greatly appreciated if the bank could allow funds transfers using alternative methods such as SMS OTP verification, without forcing customers to have a physical card. Digital banking should be inclusive and flexible. Please consider adding this feature for greater accessibility and convenience.

Very disappointing user experience. Why is there no option to delete or edit saved accounts? Users may want to remove specific ones. What if I saved the wrong account by mistake, or don't want an account in my list anymore? It just stays there forever, cluttering the list. If you allow adding accounts there should also be an option to delete them. A banking app should not miss such a simple yet essential feature. Frustrating experience!

Good update of course. But please add an option to delete / edit saved beneficiaries account details. Also please turn back that old option of sending NPSB transfers instantly after adding a beneficiary. Currently we are having to add a beneficiary then go back to the homepage then again fund transfer, this is a lengthy process, please try to make things easier and quick. Also like other banks and bkash please add biometric login, or finger login option. Thanks
