During normal operations, the app will often 1.) fail to authenticate or 2.) crash on start. After an uninstall and reinstall when the app is no long able to even start up without inmediately crashing, I was faced with a situation where the digital token 1st verification OTP was sent to my email just fine, but the SMS OTP never came which meant I cannot activate. Considering that there is NO OTHER hardware token option now available, I am effectively locked out of my company's bank account.

I have downloaded this app onto my new phone However, new app's user interface on the login page lacks the icons for functions such as digital tokens, or QR scans. Therefore I cannot login to my DBS Ideal account, as there is no digital token.

Very badly done app. It hardly works. Bank apps has to be fluent and working all the time as customers are dependent on it. This app is an example of how it should not be done. Disappointed!!

What's new in this update? Peek Balance – you can now quickly glance at your account balance and recent transactions with a simple tap without logging in! To use this feature, go to ‘Profile & Settings’ on your mobile app and enable it for your preferred account.

You can also manage your app permissions within the new ‘Profile & Settings’ page for greater control.
