Worst Customer Care Services! Unable to login from August 2018!! Device is android and not blackberry. Only getting calls to wait for a solution! Another call from #DBS asking me to use somebody else's phone for Banking! I'm asked to relogin, clear cache, restart etc. AND STILL YOUR APP DOESN'T WORK! PLEASE PROVIDE SOLUTION AND NOT JUST SOME RANDOM RESPONSE.

I request you to please introduce automatic comma (,) delimiter for the amount entry field in the fund transfer module because, it improves readability of the amount being entered for fund transfer as it is crucial to ensure excess trailing zeros (0) are not entered inadvertantly. E.g. while 30000 in the ₹ field is entered, it should automatically introduce a comma and show as ₹30,000.

unable to open FD by using this apps. Tried several times but never happening. Frustrated as the app was not working as I am getting error Opps tried after sometime.
