This application sucks. It never keeps me clocked in it tells me an error occurred when trying to sign in and I even changed my password on the website and tried the app again and still got told the same thing. It clocks me in and out at odd locations never where I'm actually at. I've been keeping this app updated and still get no where so I just do historical entries.

Sucks. When I clock in and out - the time on my cell phone is not the same as the time the app is saying- off by 2 minutes. Been happening the last couple of days now. Went to Metro pc to see if my phone may have messed up time. Desk thinks it's the app itself, as she went straight to the reviews about this app for current entry problems... and- Sure enough! Now I gotta call the voucher team and maybe even have to do a historical. Pls get it together! None of us have time for babysitting this

There is a new app version available. Please call the DCI Help Desk if it continues to occur 855-565-0155 so we can investigate the issue. If the time is off by two minutes, it should still calculate the duration of your work time used for both clock in & clock out based upon the system time.

Super slow to load. Does not count pending hours until the next day. Lost an entire shift because it did not register my clock in as it said. Tried to call DCI help line mutiple times. 4 hour wait each time. When I did the historical log to fix the missing shift it would not let me write that there was a problem with the app. It would only submit after I selected "no internet connection". It also counts time after clocking out when selecting daily tasks.
