Terrible, I waste too much time trying to do things right. Never once do you see 1 payperiod on 1 page. Almost every entry has broken some rule and it is never clear what is wrong. I shouldn't have to go to a different site to enter miles. How do you make corrections when you can't see the payperiod. I go in and out of cell reception going to Michael's. I have clocked in only to find out that it didn't register my clock in time when clocking out. Program sucks

I have only got this app to work correctly for me two time in the last 2 months. Some days I can sign in but I can't sign out. Some days I can't do either. At times the app goes into sync mode for hours and drains my battery. Calling the help desk is a waist of time and hasn't resolved anything. I spend at least an extra 2 hours each week just trying to deal with the app.

Loses clock-in entries so you can't clock-out; screen and button captions garbled so you have to try and decipher; don't count on it working off-line - that is without being connected to the internet. Contacting support is a waste of time. Even after sending them screenshots they say it can't happen/I'm the only one so they are going to ignore my complaints.
