App literally doesn't work. It just keeps crashing no matter if I delete and redownload, clear the cache, etc. Can't really be evv compliant when the app is trash. update 6/1/26. App is STILL buggy. It will not punch out properly, not saving notes, requiring multiple attempts to punch out, or will simply completely crash and not load anything at all and leave you stuck logged in for DAYS. You call or email customer service and receive nothing back.

Has issues with manual clock outs. rejects them almost always. Also what's the point in having the app when we have to go online to access our messages? I mean it would be easier if we could access our messages straight from the app when we clock in. It's a hassle to use both just to see messages and check pay stub information. also even though I ALLOWED ALL permissions, I still get no clock out reminders.. yes even after uninstall and reinstall.

EDIT: I can use this app & not have any problems for about a month. Then, I have back to back to back problems. Currently unable to log in to be able to even clock in.. this has happened EVERY SINGLE DAY for the last week! Losing the rating down to 1 ☆ This app has got some serious flaws. It always lags & freezes. Doesn't matter if you're on wifi or on your normal network signal.
