Very glitchy on Android. Looking for a dentist and won't allow me to input a value into the zip code field. When using GPS and looking near me it won't keep the doctor information on the screen when I tap an icon on the map. Easy fix could be to list nearby providers based off zip (whenever that's fixed) or by location information.

Once again you lose my login from the app. Get your act together. You even do not use my bioprint. What is wrong with you. It's a fine app and you can't even remember credentials. It used to be once or twice every two months. Now it is in days. It is highly annoying. This has been going on all year. Pull the app or fix it. Retaining authentication is important.

App keeps telling me I am offline and have no internet connection... which is bogus. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling -- to no avail... I'm very pained by this experience... as I've never had too many problems in the past, but since getting a new job and having Delta Dental once again for coverage-- it's been bad app experience for MONTHS!!... Please fix soon... I really like the app and its usability (it's so helpful) -- when it works...
