This is a good app. It syncs everything from the desktop browser after you login, of course. I've been using the proxy service and app for about two years now. It does take some getting used to (figuring on what is where), but I think it's safe to say it's 95% exact from the desktop browser. Cust Service IS IN CHINA. Be mindful of time zone difference. They usually respond quickly, but the translated response isn't always easy to understand.

I'm having a terrible experience with this company. It's really a nightmare and I'm not exaggerating. I just want to get my package delivered doesn't matter how much it cost, I think its better to forget about so it's cheaper to me. I can't get a refund, I write messages to diferent "expert agents", one saying something, the the next day. A different "expert agent" say something different. Terrible communication, super expensive shipping costs. I just want all this end.

I used the proxy agent to purchase so goods and the seller told me it was cancelled right on the day the agent purchased it as they don't have stocks anymore. The agent never updated me and the proxy order was there. I had to ask for follow ups and only get to know the order was cancelled months ago but the agent simply never let me know about it. Customer service takes forever to reply. Having to wait in line without knowing when u can get in contact with one. They need more employees.
