I'm having a terrible experience with this company. It's really a nightmare and I'm not exaggerating. I just want to get my package delivered doesn't matter how much it cost, I think its better to forget about so it's cheaper to me. I can't get a refund, I write messages to diferent "expert agents", one saying something, the the next day. A different "expert agent" say something different. Terrible communication, super expensive shipping costs. I just want all this end.

I love this proxy app!! I'm currently buying a cosplay, and when it arrived at the warehouse, they checked the whole thing (for free) and pointed out any flaws or damage that I might be concerned with. They asked if I wanted to exchange or return it, or accept it as is, and I chose to exchange it. Since first exchanges are free, they negotiated with the seller and got it exchanged without me having to pay at all 🥹 I love the way they took the initiative to communicate with me and the seller! 💗

As of right now, this app just won't stop freezing when I enter to forward, ship, or check for a package. The page always freezes up, and I'm almost certain it's the app. It would be great, otherwise.
