I'm having a terrible experience with this company. It's really a nightmare and I'm not exaggerating. I just want to get my package delivered doesn't matter how much it cost, I think its better to forget about so it's cheaper to me. I can't get a refund, I write messages to diferent "expert agents", one saying something, the the next day. A different "expert agent" say something different. Terrible communication, super expensive shipping costs. I just want all this end.

Seems to work fine.. until you place an order, through the TaoBao fowarding parcel, soon as I press to order, app freezes, and I'm forced to close the app. Very annoying.

NOT RECOMMENDED After 5 years of using the app i have had enough. The quality just went down. 80 People wait for Customer Service at the same time. One day you can pay with Credit Card/Paypal, next day you cant. Shipping Prices and availability change all the time. The warehouse consists only of idiots esp. since this year. Affiliation Programm does not work. You pay useless speed-up-fees and your package still takes a while to get shipped out. Goods get damaged in the warehouse.
