It works but needs some changes. There needs to be a plus button for new tickets and then find the team you're trying to talk to. Right now it's kinda messy. I noticed the app doesn't allow messages in a closed ticket but it does allow texting into an archived ticket. Might want to do the same limiter on the archived tickets. Outside of that it has the potential to be a useful tool.

Used to work poorly, now never works at all. Updated and re-installed dozens of times

App keeps on Crashing I've deleted the Data but it does not help
