good and quick. but have noticed that prices are different then at the actual dealer! what the app said for a metal line i needed for my skidloader was $267, at the dealer it was only $218 for the same part. A.I pricing? plus gotta pick my dealer every time I get on the app, shouldn't have to. and everytime I try to send feedback it has a error sending. imagine that. alot of stuff needs fixed and updated. other then that its a easy tool to look up parts and keep maintenance down

Thank you for the feedback and flagging the feedback errors, we are looking into this as feedback is very important to us. Prices can vary by dealer and may take time to sync online. You will need to use Operations Center to modify your default dealer selection. If you need help, please call our Global Support Center at 888-467-7827.

Deere mowing app said I had to switch to this. keeps trying to make me create an organization. it has kicked me out and forced me to log back in a dozen times and I haven't even entered my model number. I give up. fix it

All JD apps are overly complicated. it has SOME useful things but I probably won't keep this to use.
