I am coming from MowerPlus as that app is advising I need to download this program. It does show basic maintenance schedule my battery voltage and fuel level but doesn't give me hour meter or anything like mower plus did. This would really be helpful to determine next service needed or even a service reminder

Stupid "update." I used the Mower Plus app for years to log and track my mows. Then it made me update to this stupid app and I lost all the data. Plus, it's making me claim I'm part of an "organization?" WTH? I'm just a guy mowing my lawn.

We’re sorry for your experience, losing mowing history is frustrating. This app requires an “organization,” but for individuals it can simply be your John Deere account, not a company. If there is other data you believe should be available and isn't, please contact our Global Support Center at 888-467-7827 and we can help you troubleshoot.

Have to enter in username and password everytime used. Are we really that worried about security? Also if you have a tractor/mower thats bluetooth to phone. This app is pointless because it does nothing helpful. Can't see hours, not even how much gas in fuel tank.

We’re sorry for the frustration, having to log in every time isn’t expected in normal use. Please contact our Global Support Center(GSC) at 888-467-7827 so they can help you troubleshoot. We do have features available to view machine data like hours and fuel level, and the GSC can also help guide you on how-to and what's needed to access that data.
